The same principle is being applied to fast reading method. To read " War and Peace" in 2 hours is really cool, though i have never and will never achieve that. I borrowed a book to teach myself last year. It really speeded up my pace but after that I understood its content absolutely nothing at all. And I gave up! Poor me but I am happy with my pace now
